We collect information you provide when you create an account (name, email, company) and when you upload mechanical drawings to our platform. We also collect usage data such as processing logs and session information to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your drawings are used solely to generate takeoff outputs for you. We do not use your drawings to train AI models, sell data to third parties, or share your information with anyone outside DuctIQ without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

3. Data Storage & Security

Uploaded drawings and generated outputs are stored on servers located in Canada. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We retain drawings and takeoff outputs for 90 days after your last activity, after which they are permanently deleted.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) who are contractually bound to protect it. We will disclose information if required by applicable Canadian law.

5. Your Rights (PIPEDA / CPPA)

6. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
